PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The user accepts and agrees that he is obliged to create a user profile, that is, a customer record in which he will be asked to enter all the necessary information in order to use the services and buy products using this online store.

The user can at any time exercise his rights described in the GDPR and in particular those provided for in articles 12 to 23. In particular:

b) The right to correct or delete his personal data
c) The right to limit the processing of data
d) The right to object to the processing of personal data.
It is noted that the exercise of some of the above rights may prevent the completion of the execution of orders by the company.
The user has the sole and absolute control of this information which he can modify or delete after communication if required without the consent or consent of the seller.

The above rights and their exercise are limited, to the extent that they conflict with current legislation and other applicable provisions (eg fiscal and financial transparency, proof of consent, etc.).

The COMPANY, in order to deliver the user's order, cooperates with external transport service providers and for this reason, obligatorily transmits to these transporters the minimum personal data necessary for the execution of the order. These data are the name, surname, address and contact telephone number of the user. In case of refusal of the user's consent for the above transmission, the user must come to the company's headquarters to receive his order. In application of the General policy for the protection of personal data of the users of the online store and if a relevant request is submitted by the user, the details of the provider who has undertaken the execution of the specific transfer will be communicated to him.
